Topic:                     Leveraging a Green Revolving Fund in Pursuit of Climate Neutrality
Description:  Many campuses have embraced ambitious sustainability goals; however, financing and implementation of capital improvements to achieve the goals remains challenging.  The Billion Dollar Green Challenge was created to encourage colleges, universities, and other nonprofit institutions to invest in self-managed revolving funds that finance energy efficiency improvements.  Hear from a national cross-section of Challenge participants who have successfully initiated “Green Revolving Funds” to reinvest savings from energy efficiency improvements to fund additional improvements as part of a comprehensive energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction strategy.
