Jeff Dufresne, CCIM, CPM, LEED AP is a consultant to TUFF and the director of TUFF Summit 2016. He has a 30-year career of managing national real estate on behalf of institutional clients, and most recently as an executive director of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Jeff’s notable real estate accomplishments include the development, re-development, management, and/or sale of such notable Atlanta real estate properties, such as the 191 Peachtree Tower, Peachtree Center, and Centennial Tower.
Now as a consultant to institutional clients, Jeff promotes real estate “best practices” with an emphasis on the “triple bottom line” approach. This approach enhances (1) economic performance by reducing operating expenses; (2) minimizes environmental impact, and (3) creates social benefit.
Jeff grew up on a diary farm in Massachusetts and was educated at Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and Columbia Graduate School of Business (New York, NY) before Jeff and his wife, Jodi, moved to Atlanta in 1985.
